At Coosa Valley Credit Union, we do business like neighbors helping neighbors, an old fashioned approach that combines modern technologies and the warm professional service you deserve. We believe everyone who walks into our branches deserves the best, and that includes the very doors which they walk through. Despite the challenges and trials of 2020, Coosa Valley Credit Union was blessed with the addition of its 1307 Redmond Road location in Rome, Georgia.
Since Coosa Valley's merger with Northwest Georgia Credit Union in 2016, plans for something bigger and better were in the works. Our members-first mentality drives us to continually push ourselves to do better and provide better for our membership. This led us to find ways to grow our amenities in order to capitalize on convenience, service, and ease.
Fast-forward to present day, and you're met with an entirely new Coosa Valley experience. From a new open layout branch model, to the newest technology such as self-service kiosks, we pride ourselves in creating a banking experience like no other. Our branch is designed to initiate a more inviting atmosphere that feels warm and familiar for anyone who enters, while still providing wide and ample space to serve a great number of members at a time. Another benefit: large amounts of parking! It's now easier for members to enter and leave the parking lot, with the addition of drive-up and walk-up ATMs placed away from those navigating the lot.
Our new, main branch is certainly something we're proud of. It reflects our commitment to continuous growth and improvement as a financial institution, but also our desire to provide only the best for everyone in our communities.
