Georgia Highlands Charger Kickoff

Coosa Valley Credit Union was proud to help welcome Georgia Highlands College faculty and staff back for another school year during Charger Kickoff 2026.

The Charger Kickoff at Georgia Highlands College is an annual institutional event and professional gathering for faculty and staff to launch the academic year. The event gives GHC employees an opportunity to reconnect, prepare for the year ahead, and take part in sessions designed to provide useful resources and professional development opportunities.

As part of this year's kickoff, CVCU Business Development Specialist Morgen Snyder led interactive sessions focused on two increasingly important topics: financial literacy and artificial intelligence.

During the financial literacy portion, Morgen shared practical information designed to help faculty and staff strengthen their understanding of personal finances and make more informed financial decisions. Financial education remains an important part of CVCU's mission, and opportunities like Charger Kickoff allow our team to bring that education directly to the people and organizations that help strengthen our communities.

Morgen also led a session exploring artificial intelligence and how it can be used in everyday life and the workplace. With AI continuing to change the way people communicate, create, research, and work, the session gave attendees an opportunity to learn more about the technology and explore practical ways it can be used as a helpful tool.

For Coosa Valley Credit Union, supporting education means more than simply being present on campus. It means building relationships, sharing knowledge, and finding meaningful ways to support the people who make a difference in our communities every day.

We're grateful to Georgia Highlands College for allowing CVCU to be part of Charger Kickoff 2026, and we wish all GHC faculty, staff, and students a successful academic year.
