When you're ready to apply for a Land Loan, please gather the following documents and email them to: [email protected].

Land Loan Documents Needed

• Completed and signed application. Click the button on the right to access the app.
• Last 2 years full tax returns with W2's
  
• 30 days of paystubs
  
• Survey of the subject property
  
• Copy of the purchase contract and/or loan agreement with a current payoff amount needed
  

Please be aware of the following fees associated with a Land Loan:

• $400 appraisal fee
• Closing costs, estimated at 2%-2.5% (land loans close with an attorney and costs will vary)
  
• Please note: 30% down payment is required for land loans.
